  My friends and I call this place No Foods. Or alternatively No Service. I once went there are they had no bread. No bread. At a grocery store. Can you imagine? And if you find bread you'll find yourself in line for the one till they ever have open. Seriously, 20% of anything you go there for is out of stock.

  Really bad experience,so unprofofessional,especially that supervisor her name is Maria,i live just across the street behind no frills on Rainbow Falls,I bought a bottle of Tahini yesterday and some other stuff,i used to buy from there always,and i never do return or exchange so i never keep the receipt (what for? ) anyway after i arrived home,my wife noticed that this bottle of tahini is expired since 2016,i took it back and asked to exchange it,and that Maria,said no way without a receipt,i told her what i need the receipt for? i just bought it 10 minutes ago,and i even showed her on the shelve there are other bottles expired as well,and she was very unprefessional and behaved really bad,she dont know how to speak to a customer,really bad,i dont know how they hired people like her for customer service,i told her i am not leaving here untill she get me another one a valid one,she said that she will call the police,anyway,i solved my problem when i called no frills office,my advise if you ever buy any product from no frills chestermere,be carefull and check the expiry date....

  I am a mom. I don't have a lot of free time on my hand. I spent time grocery shopping and at the till I discovered they don't take Visa. I lost my debit card, so at the time it was my only form of payment. The cashier had absolutely no sympathy. She just stood there. Such horrible customer service. I will no longer support or shop at this store.
